At Anything Baby we appreciate there may be times when you need to return an item that you have purchased.  Please read our below Terms and Conditions relating the refunds and return of purchased items.

 Item purchased and something wrong with it - What next?

All items purchased through Anything Baby will have a warranty period of at least 12 months.  This is the standard warranty which is covered by the Manufacturer or Wholesaler.

Please refer to the Manufacturer's warranty card inside packaging for details or contact us at sales@anythingbaby.com.au and we will assist you further.

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if there is a major fault or flaw with the product that you ordered, or the items purchased are significantly different from the description or do not perform as stated on the product description.  Please liaise with us as the first point of contact and we will assist you further.  Products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment  to determine the fault.

Any items returned for any reason will need to have the Original proof of purchase submitted along with the product at the time of return.  The replacement of products, refunds or repairs will not be made until the original product is received by us.  We will not refund a purchase or replace a product where in our reasonable opinion the product has following sale to you become of unacceptable quality due to misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions or by using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.

Where the item is found to be at fault or you have been sent the wrong item the cost of returning the product will be met by Anything Baby and must be returned in the packaging that it was sent to you in.  Should the packaging be damaged you will be responsible for the replacement of adequate packaging.  Please liaise with us prior to sending any items back to us so that we can arrange the appropriate courier method.

 

I changed my mind or no longer want the purchase?

Please order carefully as we do not refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind.  If you have made an error while shopping or check out (such as ordering the incorrect product or colour) the at our discretion we may allow a refund or exchange which is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Please email us at sales@anythingbaby.com.au to discuss your needs.  To have a product returned due to incorrect ordering and a replacement for the correct item resent the following conditions must be met.

If you do not have proof of purchase

If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Anything Baby may, at its discretion, provide you with an exchange or Gift Voucher to the current value of the item provided the products being returned are in a re-sale condition.  It must be in its original packing and have not been used.
